Description

JWebEdixx is a Java 2 HTML editor applet. <textarea> fields in HTML documents can be replaced with JWebEdixx, allowing text formating capabilities as with a word processor. HTML serves as the in- and output format. JWebEdixx is ideal for content management systems.

1. JWebEdixx is browser independent. A lot of HTML Editors only run with the Internet Explorer browser. Not so with JWebEdixx. JWebEidxx runs with just about every browser: Internet Explorer, Netscape Communicator, Mozilla and many more. It even runs on different operating systems: Windows, Linux, Solaris and soon on Mac OS X!

2. JWebEdixx offers full screen editing. The editor window can be enlarged to full screen!

3. JWebEdixx is fully configurable. The tool bar buttons can be freely ordered and designed. Creating own buttons, that call javascript functions is no problem! All Settings are handled in one xml file. JWebEdixx is even skinnable!

4. JWebEdixx not only offers a replacement for <textarea> fields, it also can replace input-, hidden-, checkbox- und select fields on the same page. In many cases javascript is therefore not needed!
